As a Consumer, you may end our contract at any time without giving us a reason provided that you are within 14 (fourteen) since the day you or someone acting on your behalf (and we don't mean the delivery person) took possession of the product.
If you have ordered a product that has been specifically customized or made to suit your preferences, then those items are only meant for you. Therefore, those products are not subject to the right of withdrawal. This relates to goods or modifications to goods that aren't generally available in the Webshop.
Have you given our mattresses a 120-day (one hundred twenty-day) trial? Then you resort to your legal right of withdrawal. Mattresses can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days, but for hygienic reasons, mattresses that have been used, damaged, or out of their original condition are not eligible for a refund. To such an extent that we can no longer sell your mattress to a new owner, even after thorough cleaning.
Box springs can be returned within 14 days, but for hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to box springs that have been used, damaged, or out of their original condition. To such an extent that we can no longer sell your box spring to a new owner, even after thorough cleaning. In the event that the box spring does not appear as you had hoped, the installer can remove it right away.
Loft beds may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days as long as they are undamaged, unopened, and still in their original packaging. If the loft bed does not appear as you had hoped, the installer can remove it right away.
For thirty (thirty) days, you can test out pillows. Therefore, within 30 (thirty) days, these may be returned without incurring any fees. The Matt Sleeps pillow may only be tried out once per customer. Therefore, only one order per address, customer, and account number, with a maximum of two pillows, may be returned. Therefore, you might have the option to return one or two pillows from your initial order.
You have 30 (thirty) days to try Toppers. Therefore, within 30 (thirty) days, these may be returned without incurring any fees. The topper from Matt Sleeps can only be tried once per customer. Therefore, only one order may be returned per address, customer, and account number, with a maximum of two single-person stoppers, under the terms of the right of return. You can therefore exercise your right of withdrawal on one, two, or three single-person toppers or one double-person topper in the first order. (The sizes of the single toppers are as follows: 80x200, 80x210, 80x220, 90x200, 90x210, 90x220, 100x200, 100x210, 100x220, and 120x200.)
Mattress protectors may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days, but for sanitary reasons, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to mattress protectors that have been opened.
You are responsible for any depreciation if you return one of our products. Since you used the item more than was necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and mode of operation, this depreciation must be the result of your use.
A mattress purchased on the Wadden Islands cannot be exchanged.
If you order or return a Mattress or Topper outside NL, BE, or FR, we are unable to pick it up and accept the return.
